Something not working?

Tell us which site you were watching, with a link to the show or video if you can, your two languages, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot, and so do your Chrome and bingeglot versions, which you can find at chrome://extensions.

Quick fixes to try first

Check that Enabled is on in the bingeglot toolbar popup.
Refresh the video tab after installing bingeglot or changing your languages.
Make sure the video has subtitles in the language you're learning. The translation line also needs subtitles in your second language.
On YouTube, bingeglot works on regular videos. Shorts, live streams and embedded players aren't supported.
If words don't look up, open Offline dictionaries in the popup and wait for Ready, or press Retry download.
